September is World Sexual Health Month declared by the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS) under the theme “Sexual Justice: What Can We Do?” As a WAS member, the Genital Autonomy Legal Defense and Education Fund (GALDEF) is pleased to commemorate World Sexual Health Month with a 90-minute webinar dedicated to the question “Circumcision and Sexual Justice: What Can We Do?” Join us Saturday, September 20 (September 21 “Down Under”) when the following featured speakers will address the question from various perspectives, including:
- In our lived experiences (hetero, gay, intersex and transgender/transfeminine): Jason Simmons, Andrew Little, Carrie Cantrell and Alliana Arshad
- In the medical community: Leif Thompson, M.D.
- In the mental health community: Leeanne Morris, MSc MBACP
- In the courts: Eric Clopper
- In religious communities: Eliyahu Ungar-Sargon and Mohamed Fahmy, M.D.

Attendees can submit questions, which will be answered after all speakers have made their presentations.
