Board member Dan MacClymont had an article published in the February/March issue of Free Inquiry, the Secular Humanism magazine. Titled “America’s Dark and Forgotten History of Female Circumcision: An Interview with a Survivor,” Dan interviews Patricia Robinett, author of the 2010 book “The Rape of Innocence: female genital mutilation and circumcision in the USA.” Her book and Dan’s interview recount Patricia’s long journey of discovery of having been circumcised and the growth of her heartfelt affinity with male circumcision sufferers.
